Delivery Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders! Items that are purchased from moday-friday are shipped out the next day. Next Day (Mon-Fri order before 7pm). Orders that are placed after 5pm on Friday upto Monday 5pm are shipped on tuesday.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurized or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our Standard shipping option.

As we’re unable to deliver to certain areas, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination or contact our Customer Care team to help you find an alternative purchase.

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account, and look up the product you purchased.

  2. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.

  3. We’ll email you confirmation of your cancelled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our ”Returns Policy”.

 

How to return

As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

Booking your return is fast and easy. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Select each item and your reason for returning.

  2. Place each item you’re returning with all original packaging inside the shipping box or container.

  3. Prepare your package by attaching your return label to the outside of your box.

Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Therefor you can return any item within 14 days! We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we’ll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on a Montells Gift Card. We do not accept returns on personalized products.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Once the return has been reviewed by our us, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made

• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase

• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account

• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued

• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.

• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
